Beloved in Christ,
My name is Dan Goodyear and I am Dean of Ministry Training for Central and West Africa from the Sunset International Bible Institute. I have visited Prince Ituen twice in Batibo, Cameroon and stayed in his house a week at a time in Bamenda, Camerron. I have visited with the students and they have a great desire to know more of the word. I was at the first graduation ceremony in June of this year and was very proud of the men who completed the course. I know this would not have been possible without Prince’s direction as the director of the school. I highly recommend Prince Ituen as he speaks to you.
He has a love to train men to preach the gospel. I have seen the many hours and the great sacrifices he has made for Cameroon Institute of Biblical Studies (CIBS). Even from his own support he spends great amounts on the school. I have not only seen him sacrifice but his family as well for they want to see the school continue and to grow. Both he and his wife Margret make a great team for the Lord.
I highly endorse him for any kind of assistance that you can give the school and even pray that you will take on CIBS as your work.
God Bless,
Dan Goodyear
Dear friend,
I am sending this note to introduce you to a good friend and fellow missionary, Prince Otobong Ituen. I first worked with Bro Ituen at the Nigerian Christian Institute in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, in 2001. He was then working for the schools president. Prince and I became friends, and maintained contact after we returned to the USA.
I have been supporting Prince since he began his mission work, and the Salisbury CofC has been supporting the Cameroon Institute of Biblical Studies since its creation. I visited the school last year, and was impressed by the quality of the students and by the staff.
I hope this note encourages you to seriously consider helping this worthy cause. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
Roger E Kondrup – Minister
